Dolado, Preservation of Local Wisdom in the Form of Love for the Motherland

Kindergarten is a world for early childhood that only can never be repeated. A world full of unique and fun adventures that inspire you to continue to work and innovate. I like to package simple things into a very meaningful thing for children and try to get what they get from the learning that I apply can make an impression to the age of his future.

Early Childhood learns through direct experience of all things that involve the five senses and from attitudes that can be imitated from their environment. Early childhood with all its uniqueness is the age of gold where children are very easy to absorb information and sensitive to their environment. Everything that is recorded for the first time by children is embedded in his brain until he grows up. Therefore early childhood learning emphasizes the development of attitudes and behaviors as well as the basic ability to climb the next level of education.

One of the ten principles of early childhood learning is oriented towards developing character values. Love for the homeland is one of 18 character education for early childhood who are capable of thinking, acting, and insightful in placing the interests of the nation and the state above self and group interests. Love of the homeland can be instilled in early childhood with simple things like flag ceremony every Monday, reciting the Pancasila text, singing national anthem, and introducing the potential of local wisdom culture which will enrich the treasures of national culture. The introduction of local cultural wisdom can be directed at the six spheres of child development through fairy tales, songs, and integrated traditional games that I have termed "DOLADA", namely Fairy Tales, Songs, and Dakon as one of the traditional games.

Storytelling is a storytelling activity that serves to convey moral teachings and characters with entertaining and interesting nuances equipped with educational teaching aids to support the story. Songs are words that are wrapped in tones that can teach many things. While Dakon or Congklak is a tool for a traditional game played by two people. The way to play is to do the distribution of seeds that were previously provided in dakon board holes. The dakon holes are 14 small holes on the left and right sides of the board, and 2 large holes in the center of each of the 14 small holes. Through the dakon game children can also practice honest values by not lying on when the dakon seeds in their hands have run out.

Storytelling activities, singing songs, and playing dakon are carried out at the core activities that have previously been poured into the Daily Learning Implementation Plan with the following description:

1. Storytelling works based on local wisdom, namely (dayak culture) in the place setting and the name of the character that I gave the title "Bawi Kumbi and Sumur Kejujuran"

2. Singing songs I am an Indonesian child with the tone of the Manari Manasai regional song

3. Play dakon

Bawi Kumbi and Honesty Wells

It is said that in ancient times in a rural village in Central Kalimantan, there lived a daughter named Bawi Kumbi. he was an orphan and he lived in residence with his old grandmother. The day-to-day work after school customers is looking for firewood for sale. he did not have any property other than an ax that had been very bad. One day he went to the forest. He looked for old trees that could be cut down for firewood. He arrived at the tree and began cutting down the old branch of the tree but unfortunately his ax fell into the well near the tree.

"Geez, how come the ax can fall. I am so careless. How can I take it?" Said Bawi Kumbi, who looked very confused.

Then suddenly the well water moved and a beautiful fairy came out. Bawi Kumbi looked surprised - surprised by the incident

"Who are you? Sorry, I accidentally dropped my ax into the well." Said bawi kumbi

"Hai Bawi Kumbi, I am a fairy," said the fairy

"where do you know my name"

"Surely I can know a good child like you, which one is your ax?" The fairy showed an ax made of gold and silver.

"not both, my ax is just an ordinary ax"

"You are an honest child Bawi Kumbi, accept these two axes and you can sell them"

"Really, thank you fairy"

Finally Bwi Kumbi came home happily. He told this to his grandmother. He then sold the two axes and he became a generous rich man.

The message of honesty values that can be learned from this fairy tale is the initial milestone in the love of the country so that it is not easily affected by foreign cultures.
